T&Cs

Dear participants/spree-ers,

Kindly take note of the rules and regulations below in order to prevent any misunderstanding and unhappiness.

1. No Payment = No Order

2. Strictly no discounts and no negotiation of prices

3. Strictly no meet up for payment

4. Unpaid orders will not be included when deadline meets

5. No cancellation or refund of paid orders

6. Full refund will be made, if there is poor response from supplier/spree

7. Vanilla-Puff© strictly follow payment deadlines as stated

8. Sprees usually takes 2 weeks - 8 weeks to arrive due to some items might be on restocking status. So join only if you're willing to wait!

9. Vanilla-Puff© will not be responsible if items are damaged/lost in normal mails.

10. Vanilla-Puff© will not be liable for mistakes done by supplier:
Wrong Item, Wrong Colour, Wrong Size, Defect Item
We will always check consolidated orders thoroughly before sending.

11. After 3 weeks dated from the mass email sent, uncollected items will be donated to Vanilla-Puff©.

12. All payments without claims will be donated to Vanilla-Puff©

13. We will close spree as soon as possible to avoid out-of-stock items. So participants/spree-ers, please cooperate by sending in your orders & pay for them as soon as you've ordered.

14. Once spree items arrived, we will mass email everyone ^_^

Handling and Shipping Charges

15. There will be one-time payment only.

16. Air-Mail / Express Mail Service (EMS) will be used for all parcels to be sent from Taiwan to Singapore.

17. Shipping fees must be fully bear by each participant.

18. Handling fees depends on mode of payment to Taiwan supplier.

Credit Card: $1 per spree-er/participant
Mailing of Cash: $1.50 per spree-er/participant

19. Our charges are reasonable and fixed. Hence, kindly do not negotiate for lower prices. (even if you are purchasing more than a certain number of items.)
